Some further requirements may include you being a registered sole proprietor of a business and you should also have an address where you plan to conduct business. For E-commerce web sites, you may have to build a functional web site that is hosted before you apply for the certificate. After getting your certificate, the next thing you need to do is to open a business checking account at your local bank, where you intend to put your earnings. Once you have done so, you can now start purchasing from a wholesaler. Some wholesalers require a minimum purchase, which can range from hundreds to thousands of dollars, depending on the types of products you wish to buy.
One of the best sources for products that you wish to sell is to get them from wholesalers. This is because you can be assured of discounted prices for quality goods. Once you have accomplished the necessary requirements in transacting with them, you are well on your way on your new business venture.
