Other services include bars, lounges, laundry facilities and safety deposit boxes. Guestrooms often come equipped with a selection of amenities, including hairdryers, direct-dial telephones, satellite TVs, Internet access, central heating and safes. The rooms have a private bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. A few hotels also have casinos, day-night coffee shops and souvenir shops.
Some of the hotels that are located near the canals offer beautiful views from bedroom balconies. They are sometimes decorated with flowers and overlook the canals. These three star hotels are often located near major tourist attractions like famous museums and shopping areas. Tourists can get to these places either by waterways or by road transport.
The three star hotels in Amsterdam are quite economical and usually offer rooms to tourists at rates starting at 50 Euros per night up to 330 Euros per night.
