Please take note of these other considerations when buying air beds:
First, the pump should be of high quality. The silent pump needs more maintenance since flap valves and other parts easily break down. Since there is no need to constantly adjust the bed, noise will not be much of an issue. It is important to choose a pump that only has a few parts that are moving. There should be an audible sound when in use.
Second, you should look for durable side rails in the design of the air bed. Choose one that is padded with thick foam 0n the perimeter so that the edges are sturdy.
Third, remember that a nice layer of memory foam along the top of the air bed is even better than an ordinary pillow top. Aside from being more comfortable, it proves to be more effective in spreading points of pressure. It is more durable than conventional pillow tops. Although there are pillow tops that have additional fixtures like wool that can regulate your sleep temperature. It can make you warm during winter and cool during summer.
So while shopping around for air beds, keep these guidelines in mind.
