Stress affects people for several reasons and hence, it is important for each individual to identify the particular source affecting them. This makes it important to analyze and interpret the feelings of the affected individuals in resolving the causative factors. In this respect, it is also important for people to direct the functioning of their minds towards a calmer and healthier state.
Work and the pressures associated with it are found to be hugely boosting stress in the recent years. There is lot of insecurity and uncertainty being faced by personnel on the job front, and the zero error syndromes have also managed to levy high levels of stress on the employees. Individuals on the work front have to put up with lot of adjustments due to the changing environs, because of organizational changes and management frictions. They are also expected to have increased productivity that at times is beyond their capabilities and hence, leads to stress. There is also the predicament of promotions and the added responsibilities they bring.
Personal relations are also another important cause of stress. Being comfortable in ones relationships is vital, as otherwise these troubled relations lead to unending stress. Under the pressures of the present day world, many a times, relationships are taken for granted and issues are left unanswered and unattended. It is imperative to ensure that there are no concerns left in any relationship without having a proper resolution to them.
Individuals should take care of themselves, as neglect always leads to stress over a period of time. It is seen that individuals at times try and project an image of invulnerability at the cost of their health. Stressed out individuals push to the limit and sustain on endless cups of tea and coffee or turn to alcohol to unwind. They lead a very unhealthy life, with no proper regime of eating, exercising and sleeping.
