Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental

If your next vacation stop is going to be at beautiful Lake Tahoe, then it’s no surprise! Tahoe provides more ways to enjoy yourself, outdoors and indoors, than any other place on the earth.

Lake Tahoe vacation rentals vary from one section to another. In Tahoe, a good place to stay can come in various forms, such as gorgeous custom homes with excellent lake views, comfy condominium complexes or charming and authentic cabins. The costs differ depending on the kind of service provided by the lodging.

Normally, a night’s stay in a home will be more costly than in a condo. A condo generally comes with basic provisions such as a living room, dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer. Other features include barbeque pits, hot tub, sauna, garage, and music system. Prices also vary depending on the proximity to ‘most visited’ areas like casinos, fine dining, beaches and recreation centers. Renting a good condo during the off season can range from $150 to $200 for one night. During winter or summer prime time, the rent increases up to $225 to $300, and the prices almost double during New Year’s.

Home rentals also vary depending on the kind and quality of services offered. A one night stay can start from $300, without a definite upper limit. This home would include about 4 bedrooms, two baths and the capacity to hold around 8 people. A more luxurious home costs around $1,000 a night. Such a home would have all the amenities of a condo, except that it will provide around 10 bedrooms, a garage with parking space for 4 cars, 10 baths, a pool table, and so forth. It can hold about 20 people at one time.
