Legitimate companies will not ask for this information, and will never ask you to click a link to modify your personal information.
Research is the key to finding legitimate online business opportunities. Go to Google and search for a company and run the word “scam” with it. There are many people who have been scammed and are letting people know to stay away from particular sites.

Another important point to remember is that you should not invest more than you can afford. Start small and grow with the business, building accounts as you go. Try different reputable programs, and remember a program may pay well from the start, but nothing lasts forever.
