HGH or Human Growth Hormone is produced by the pituitary gland and is made up of 191 amino acids. This is the main hormone regulating the growth and division of body cells and all organs. HGH also promotes tissue repair, cell regeneration in the bones, muscles and vital organs, and supports the immune system in combating infection and disease. After the age of 20, HGH production rate decreases and this causes the starting of aging process.
HGH hormones are available for middle aged persons who wish to bring their hormone level to the normal range. HGH hormones are available in two forms as injections and sprays. Invasive injections are used to directly inject the hormone into the body’s blood stream. HGH sprays are used to administer HGH by means of absorption through loose tissues.
HGH injections are highly effective but cost high, often $8,000 to $35,000 per year. Sprays are less effective but are comparatively cheaper, around $600 per year. While HGH injections administer the hormone directly, sprays use some specific devices to administer hormones to the body. Most of these sprays are muco-adhesive, and are delivered sub-lingually.
At first HGH hormones were taken from the pituitary gland of cadavers, but now they are synthesized from amino acids. They can’t be administrated orally as they are digested by acids present in the human stomach. The benefits of using HGH hormones are: fast weight loss, muscle gain, increase in body energy level, better sexual potency, emotional stability, increased memory, deep sleep, improved skin texture, better digestion and hair growth, prevention of osteoporosis, faster wound recovery and rejuvenation of nerves and muscles.
Administration of HGH hormones can produce side effects like edema (retention of fluids), carpal tunnel syndrome, hypertension, diabetes and other glucose metabolism imbalances. If you are using hormone injections, the foreign antigens present in them can interact with body antigens to produce complex results. It is also reported that increase in muscle mass does not provide any increase in muscle strength.
HGH hormones are prescribed only after a series of tests. They are not recommended for persons having diseases and bad medical conditions like diabetes and hypertension.
