Some also offer specific county and state forms with instructions on payment.
For some internal purposes, they can be used without many changes. For external communication with clients, they can be given a smarter look by changing fonts and adding color, graphics and formatting. It is good idea to use them as guides to working out personalized business forms, rather than blindly following them.
