Embroidered or screen-printed hats contain the name and logo of an organization. Sometimes, embroidered logo hats do not need any name, and the logo alone is supposed to be enough to promote the cause. Names are embroidered in digitized lettering style in addition to names; logos are also digitized before being embroidered.
The customer selects the color and design of the hat and gives his logo to be embroidered on the selected hat. If the hat manufacturer has already digitized similar logo designs, then they send a sample to the buyer to get his confirmation to proceed. If the logo design is customized and the hat manufacturer does not have that particular design, then they charge an extra amount for digitizing the logo. Cost varies depending upon the complexity of design as well as the number of stitches required to execute the order. The graphics department of the hat manufacturer turns logos in stitches. Setup charges apply for custom logos only. Once the logo design is digitized, it could be used for future orders also.
Embroidered logo hats are very useful for corporate identification and fundraising campaigns. In some cases, if the customer does not have an idea of how his logo will look on a specific design or color of hat, then the hat manufacturer asks him to send his logo and the manufacturer’s isample tool creates a virtual preview sample to be thoroughly evaluated.
Nowadays, companies are getting the message that the embroidered logo hats can make employees and customers walking billboards of a company’s identity. Therefore, embroidered logo hats are getting more popular each day.
