Besides, populated areas are lively and offer more security than secluded locations. Contrary to popular belief, areas, which have subsidized apartments do not witness increased crime rates. Subsidized apartment complexes pay their share of taxes and do not cause a burden on the taxpayer. Most subsidized apartments comply with building standards and rules.
Subsidized apartments are a necessity for the development and growth of the community.
Housing issues affect people of every income group, who all contribute to the city’s development. These affordable apartments are therefore, a necessity to the development of Chicago.
