Enthusiasts looking for a fun filled and exciting cruise often turn to Carnival for a bright and spirited cruise. Starting out with one vessel, Carnival has grown into a successful enterprise with a fleet of seventy nine cruise ships offering entertainment and happiness to people the world over. With sixteen vessels to enter the arena between February 2006 to Fall 2009, Carnival is all set to capture the global cruise scene.
Older cruise ships of Carnival offer better prices but don’t have balconies. Rooms are large though lacking in decor. Ships launched after 1996 boast balcony cabins with mini refrigerators, hairdryers, toiletries and bathrobes. The Spirit class shows an excellent space ratio of forty-to-one and the panoramic ocean can be viewed by eighty percent of the cabins. Priced in the mid-range segment Carnival cruises offer some of the best food in their restaurants. The menu looks good with fresh vegetables and meat, yummy desserts, piping hot pizzas and other flexi dining programs. You can enjoy eating at poolside lido eateries and sumptuous buffet dinner requiring no reservation or advance notice.
The cabins look inviting and can easily accommodate three to four passengers. Targeting mostly middle class Americans, Carnival cruises offer exciting offshore activities for its customers. You can really live it up by indulging in water sports or sightseeing. Parents can have a carefree by availing the group babysitting facility. However there is no in-cabin babysitting and you are supposed to bring your own strollers.
Educruise is also an innovative venture of Carnival cruises. Here the children on board with their parents are involved in interactive projects teaching them about culture, history and geography of the shores to which the ship sails. Rejuvenating spas, health and fitness centers, youth and teenage centers, separate pools for children and colorful water slides on deck – Carnival cruises have them all.
