If your business can afford to spend money on Internet commerce, then you should consider hiring Web development companies, even small ones x96 they usually work as a team, so you can be assured of timely delivery and after-sales support.
If you want lower costs, though, then it might be best to hire a freelance Web professional, who can usually do the job for a smaller price.
